职位描述


1. 为客户、经销商及内部团队提供汽车产品技术咨询,解答使用、维修及故障排查相关问题。

2. 远程或现场协助处理汽车故障,提供技术解决方案,指导维修人员开展维修工作。

3. 整理汽车产品技术资料、维修手册及常见问题库,定期更新并共享给相关方。

4. 参与新产品技术培训,向销售、售后团队传递产品技术亮点及使用注意事项。

5. 收集客户反馈的技术问题及产品改进建议,协同研发、生产部门优化产品。

6. 处理汽车软件升级、系统调试等技术支持工作,保障产品正常运行。

7. 跟踪汽车行业技术发展趋势,提升自身专业技能,适配产品技术更新需求。

8. 完成上级交办的其他技术支持相关工作。

1. Provide technical consultation on auto products for customers, distributors and internal teams, answering questions related to use, maintenance and troubleshooting.

2. Assist in handling auto faults remotely or on-site, provide technical solutions, and guide maintenance personnel to carry out repair work.

3. Organize auto product technical data, maintenance manuals and FAQ databases, update them regularly and share with relevant parties.

4. Participate in new product technical training, and convey product technical highlights and usage precautions to sales and after-sales teams.

5. Collect technical problems and product improvement suggestions from customers, and cooperate with R&D and production departments to optimize products.

6. Handle technical support work such as auto software upgrades and system debugging to ensure normal operation of products.

7. Track the technical development trend of the auto industry, improve professional skills to adapt to the needs of product technical updates.

8. Complete other technical support-related tasks assigned by leaders.

任职要求:

1. 学历与专业:本科及以上学历,汽车工程、机械工程、电子工程等相关专业。

2. 工作经验:2 年以上汽车行业技术支持、维修服务或产品技术相关工作经验,熟悉汽车构造、电气系统及常见故障排查方法。

3. 专业技能:具备扎实的汽车专业理论知识,能独立提供远程或现场技术解决方案;熟练操作汽车诊断设备及相关技术软件,可编写技术文档、维修指南。

4. 核心能力:具备良好的沟通表达能力,能清晰解答客户及内部团队的技术疑问;逻辑思维缜密,问题定位与解决能力强,有责任心和服务意识。

5. 其他要求:了解汽车行业技术发展趋势,熟悉新能源汽车技术者优先;能适应出差,具备英语听说读写能力(可应对涉外技术沟通)者优先。

1. Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or above, major in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related fields.

2. Work Experience: More than 2 years of relevant work experience in technical support, maintenance services or product technology in the automotive industry, familiar with automotive structure, electrical systems and common troubleshooting methods.

3. Professional Skills: Solid professional theoretical knowledge of automobiles; able to independently provide remote or on-site technical solutions; proficient in operating automotive diagnostic equipment and related technical software; capable of compiling technical documents and maintenance guides.

4. Core Competencies: Good communication and expression skills, able to clearly answer technical questions from customers and internal teams; rigorous logical thinking, strong problem positioning and solving abilities, with a sense of responsibility and service awareness.

5. Other Requirements: Understand the technical development trend of the automotive industry; those familiar with new energy vehicle technology are preferred; able to adapt to business trips; proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing (capable of handling foreign-related technical communication) is preferred.
