Due to the business development needs of the company, we are now recruiting staff for Inventory planning and warehouse keepers positions from the public.

一、招聘要求

Ⅰ. Qualifications

1、本科及以上学历，物流、供应链、汽车相关专业优先。

2、1–3年汽车或零配件库存管理、物料计划或采购计划经验。

3、熟悉库存管理、物料计划（MRP）、库存分析和报表制作。

4、能够根据销售预测、采购订单和库存水平制定合理的补货计划。

5、熟练使用ERP系统及办公软件，能够准确录入及跟踪库存数据。

6、工作细致、责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力。

7、具备库存异常分析及解决问题能力，保证库存准确性及周转效率。

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in logistics, supply chain, or automotive-related fields is preferred.

2. 1-3 years of experience in inventory management, material planning, or purchasing planning for automobiles or auto parts.

3. Familiar with inventory management, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), inventory analysis, and report generation.

4. Capable of formulating reasonable replenishment plans based on sales forecasts, purchase orders, and inventory levels.

5. Proficient in ERP systems and office software, able to accurately input and track inventory data.

6. Detail-oriented, responsible, with good communication skills and teamwork abilities.

7. Possess the ability to analyze and solve inventory anomalies, ensuring inventory accuracy and turnover efficiency.

二、岗位职责

Ⅱ.Job Responsibilities

1、执行整车入库质检，负责车辆日常维护，每月盘点 库存，更新WMS系统记录；

2、执行配件的收货、分拣、发货出库，维护存 储环境，每月盘点库存，确保发货准确；

3、维护库存数据，周报预警，促进滞销配件流通；对接配件部，确保补货及时，防止断供超48小时。 与库管员、经销商 / 售后部门对接签收信息，更新配送台账。

1. Conduct quality inspection for vehicle entry into the warehouse, be responsible for daily vehicle maintenance, conduct monthly inventory checks, and update WMS system records.

2. Handle the receipt, sorting, and shipment of parts, maintain storage conditions, conduct monthly inventory checks, and ensure accurate shipment.

3. Maintain inventory data, issue weekly alerts for slow-moving parts, and promote their circulation. Coordinate with the parts department to ensure timely replenishment and prevent supply disruptions exceeding 48 hours. Interface with warehouse keepers, dealers, and after-sales departments to confirm receipt information and update distribution ledgers.
