职位：新媒体运营实习生Social Media Intern

Job description岗位职责：

1、 Support BU manager in social media management (Wechat/Little Red Book/Weibo and other brands’ digital communication channels) including contents creation and development and planning, post creation & release, data ********** & ********

协助微信公众号、微博、小红书等社交账号内容产出与运营；

2、 Support briefing and following up on collaborations with third parties(KOL/KOC)

协助部门主管处理KOC/KOL合作事宜

3、 Creatively contribute on bringing ideas and potential innovations to our ongoing digital communications for both online and offline events

协助线上线下活动相关支持

4、 Support daily administrative works and other ad-hocs

协助处理日常行政类工作和紧急事宜

Qualification任职要求：

1. Bachelor Degree or above. 3rd or 4th Grade university student is preferred. Must have a minimum onsite attendance of 4 days per week from Monday to Friday. Able to commit for at least 6 months.

在校大三或大四年级学生，至少实习6个月，每周至少4天；

2. Good interpersonal and communication skill. Able to work independently and meet deadlines ontime. Positive, eager to learn and willing to take up new duties. Previous experience in social media operation is preferred.

具有良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作精神，有较强的文字功底和一定的审美能力； 有社交媒体运营经验者优先

3. Proficient in operating image and video editing tools as well as Microsoft Office

熟练使用社交媒体排版、剪辑工具和办公软件（Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PS）；

4. Fluent in Mandarin and English. CET-4 is a must.

英语四级以上，有较强的中英文表述能力。

5. We are open to different backgrounds. Those who majored in marketing, media and communication, or graphic design are preferred。
