About the Role
We are a Chongqing-based mechanical
manufacturing OEM factory specializing in high-quality customized manufacturing
solutions for global clients. We are looking for an experienced Global Business
Development Director/Manager to design and execute our international market
entry strategy, driving brand and business growth in overseas markets.
This role is ideal for a strategic leader
with a strong background in international B2B expansion, especially in
manufacturing or industrial sectors. If you have successfully scaled operations
in markets such as Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, or the Middle East,

Key Responsibilities
1. International Market Strategy
· Develop market entry strategies including target market selection,
customer segmentation, pricing, and competitive positioning.
· Build and execute 12-month and multi-year globalization roadmaps.
· Conduct market analysis, regulatory compliance research, cultural
adaptation studies, and localization assessments.
2. Brand & Product Localization
· Lead the adaptation of company branding and technical materials for
international markets, ensuring cultural relevance while maintaining core brand
identity.
· Develop region-specific communication strategies, product
messaging, and customer case studies.
3. Go-to-Market Execution
· Oversee overseas product launches, channel development, partnership
building, and client acquisition.
· Manage online and offline channels including company websites, B2B
platforms, industry exhibitions, and distributor networks.
· Track international sales metrics, conversion rates, customer
acquisition cost (CAC), and ROI.
4. Global Partnership & Channel
Development
· Identify and negotiate with agents, distributors, industry
associations, and supply chain partners.
· Explore collaboration models such as joint ventures, technology
partnerships, and regional licensing to build sustainable overseas operations.
5. Team Leadership & Cross-functional
Collaboration
· Build and lead an international business team covering marketing,
sales, and operations.
· Collaborate closely with production, R&D, quality, logistics,
finance, and legal teams to ensure end-to-order delivery efficiency.
· Establish standardized processes, governance frameworks, KPIs, and
reporting dashboards.
Qualifications
Required
· 8+ years of experience in international business development within
manufacturing, industrial products, or B2B sectors.
· Proven track record of expanding into at least two major overseas
markets (Europe/US preferred).
· Familiarity with mechanical manufacturing and OEM/ODM business
models.
· Excellent cross-cultural communication skills; fluency in English
(working language).
· Willingness to travel frequently and work across time zones.
Preferred
· Background in machinery, electromechanical, automotive parts, or
industrial equipment.
· Experience living/working overseas or managing cross-border
projects.
· Additional language skills (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Arabic).
· Knowledge of international trade terms, export procedures,
logistics, and payment systems.
