Job Responsibility:
1.Provide after-sales service technical expertise required to service team.
2.Troubleshoot pumps and pumping systems, and provide practical technical solutions and assistance to customers and business partners.
3.Provide technical support to service partners to ensure on-site service execution with high efficiency.
4.Prepare clear and complete service reports and ensure that these are submitted on time;
5.Process warranty claim and report warranty case in FAS, and register identified product quality issue in QIP
6.Register service work hours in Grundfos system timely in accordance with actual service conducted
7.Assist in project execution – installation support, commissioning, training etc.
8.To be a trusted service advisor, taking care of customers of responsible area to ensure customer satisfaction
9.Collect installed base information, identify business leads and hand over to service sales team
10.Other assignments per line manager’s request
11.Report matters related to Safety, Health and Environment
12.Visit customers and partners as required with sales and other stakeholders to ensure best support on local business growth as expected.
Job Requirements:
1.Mechanical engineering, electrical Engineering or automation specialty.
2.3+ years pump service technical support experience and with strong field service ability.
3.Familiar with air conditioning system or water supply and waste water system is a plus.
4.Experienced in electronic control or digital services is a plus.
5.Strong sense of Customer Centricity, Accountability and Collaboration.
6.Fast learner with strong learning willingness.
7.Strong execution power, ability to visualize the progress and report to related stakeholders on regular basis.
8.Good analytical skill, neat and logical presentation
9.Good communication in English and Cantonese, both speaking and writing.
10.Cheerful and be good at communication and coordination.
