Agrotem Greenhouse Manufacturing (Tianjin) Ltd., a subsidiary of a leading Israeli agricultural solutions company, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Design Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will develop packaging solutions for greenhouse components to ensure safe, cost-effective, and efficient transportation to clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design packaging systems for steel structures, fittings, and accessories used in greenhouse construction.

· Develop packaging standards and instructions for domestic and international shipments.

· Select appropriate materials (wood, metal frames, cartons, plastic, etc.) to ensure protection, optimize space, and reduce costs.

· Create detailed drawings, specifications, and assembly instructions for packaging units.

· Collaborate with logistics, production, and warehouse teams to align packaging with loading and shipping processes.

· Perform tests or simulations to assess package durability, stackability, and safety under transport conditions.

· Continuously improve existing packaging to enhance efficiency, reduce damage, and improve sustainability.

· Support quality control and compliance with export packaging regulations and client requirements.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or export packaging design, preferably in metal products or manufacturing.

· Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and familiarity with packaging material properties.

· Strong knowledge of palletization, stacking, securing methods, and container loading optimization.

· Detail-oriented, practical, and capable of balancing design, cost, and efficiency.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· English proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.

· 了解各种包装材料的性能及其适用场景；

· 熟悉托盘堆叠、加固、集装箱装载优化等物流相关知识；

· 注重细节，具备良好的成本意识与实际操作能力；

· 具有良好的沟通协作能力，能与多部门高效配合；

· 英语能力良好者优先考虑。
