We are looking for a talented and innovative Electrical/Automation Engineer with a strong background in mechatronics. The ideal candidate will play a key role in our factory’s production of nano zinc oxide. Your main focus will be on setting up, maintaining, and optimizing the automation and control systems used in our production processes.

1 岗位职责Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain automation systems and control modules for equipment used on nano zinc oxide production.

开发、实施并维护用于纳米氧化锌生产设备的自动化系统和控制模块。

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to electrical and electronic systems, ensuring minimal downtime.

分析并解决与电气和自动化系统相关的任何问题,确保最小的停机时间。

• Lead comunicaton rule in maitainance department, planning the workflow, repoting and documenting the processes.

在维修部门中领导沟通规则,规划工作流程、报告并记录相关过程。

• Collaborate with the production and maintenance teams to design and implement improvements that transition processes from manual to semi-automated.

与生产团队和维修团队合作,设计并实施改进措施,将流程从手动方式转变为半自动化

• Digtalize information and data transfer from production to central controling system.

将生产信息数字化,并从生产系统传输至中央控制系统、服务器。

• Bring creative solutions and innovative ideas to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the factory’s automation setup.

提出创新的解决方案和新颖的想法,以提高工厂自动化设置的效率和效果。

• Ensure proper data exchange and control information flow within the production systems.

确保生产系统内数据交换和控制信息流的正常进行。


2 Qualifications: 资格要求

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.

电气工程、电子工程、机电一体化或相关领域的学士学位及以上。

• +5years experience in electrical/electronic engineering with a focus on automation and control systems.

至少有 5 年电气/电子工程领域的工作经验,重点在于自动化和控制系统。

• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.

具备强大的问题解决能力以及创造性思考的能力,能够开发出创新的解决方案。

• Experience with industrial automation, data exchange systems, and production line optimization is highly desirable.

有工业自动化、数据交换系统和生产线优化方面的经验者优先。

• Be familiar with classical control theory (such as PID algorithm),

modern control theory (state space analysis), and intelligent control methods
(such as fuzzy control, neural networks).

熟悉经典控制理论(如PID算法)、现代控制理论(状态空间分析)及智能控制方法(如模糊控制、神经网络)。

• PLC/SCADA/DCS development capability: Proficient in mainstream PLC
programming (Ladder Logic, FBD, ST language), familiar with the design of SCADA monitoring systems and the integration of DCS systems.

PLC/SCADA/DCS开发能力:精通主流PLC编程(Ladder Logic、FBD、ST语言),熟悉SCADA监控系统设计与DCS系统集成。

• Communication protocol application: Master various industrial bus
protocols such as Modbus, PROFIBUS, Ethernet/IP, as well as Internet of Things
communication technologies like MQTT and TCP/IP.

通信协议应用:掌握Modbus、PROFIBUS、Ethernet/IP等工业总线协议,以及MQTT、TCP/IP等物联网通信技术。

• Programming skills: Proficient in C/C++ (for embedded
development), Python (for automation scripts), or MATLAB (for simulation
analysis); Familiar with database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and configuration
software (such as WinCC, InTouch).

编程能力:通C/C++(嵌入式开发)、Python(自动化脚本)或MATLAB(仿真分析);熟悉数据库技术(SQL/NoSQL)及组态软件(如WinCC、InTouch)。

• Quickly master the industry processes (such as chemical production

procedures), and integrate automation technology with actual production
requirements.

快速掌握行业工艺(如化工流程),将自动化技术与实际生产需求结合。

• Safety and Standards: Be familiar with safety standards such as

IEC 62443 and ISO 13849, and ensure that the system complies with EMC
(Electromagnetic Compatibility) and functional safety requirements.

安全与标准:熟悉IEC 62443、ISO 13849等安全规范,确保系统符合EMC(电磁兼容)及功能安全要求。

• Project management skills: Develop a schedule, allocate resources,
and drive the project from design to acceptance throughout the entire process.

项目管理能力:制定进度计划、调配资源,推动项目从设计到验收的全流程落地。

• Be capable of leading the architecture design of complex
engineering systems (such as intelligent manufacturing lines and chemical
automation systems), and balance technical feasibility with long-term
maintenance costs.

主导复杂工程系统(如智能制造产线、化工自动化系统 )的架构设计,平衡技术可行性与长期维护成本。

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.

能够在团队环境中协同工作并有效沟通。

• Experience with 5S, 6 Sigma, and Kaizen

有 5S、6 Sigma 和 Kaizen 方面的经验者优先。

• English in communicative level preferable

英语需达到交流水平,优先考虑。
