Key Responsibilities • Achieve revenue growth and margin improvement aligning with business goals. • Build effective networks of generating new leads, identify and develop new opportunities. • Maintain effective communication and good relationship with existing customers, and re-develop them deeply. • Management of distributors. Make service distribution business development plan, inspect the goods transport temperature and quality. Especially for the cream tea and bakery channel. • Independently or work together with technical functions in Shanghai or HQ in Ireland. • Analyse customer decision-making system, build effective communication and good relationship with key roles in all levels. • Organize technical meetings with customers, coordinate product test, conduct business negotiation and project bidding. • Insight into industry trends, collect competition intelligence, and feedback market suggestions to management.
