Terminal Operations Manager

About Us

Fuzhou Ruihang Port Services Co. Ltd is a company focusing on container handling. We are seeking an experienced Terminal Operations Manager to lead our on-site operations team and build the core operational capability of the port.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee daily terminal operations, including berth planning, vessel scheduling, yard management, and equipment dispatch.

· Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of loading, unloading, shifting, and container.

· Coordinate with customs, immigration, marine department, shipping lines, agents, and third-party service providers.

· Establish and optimize SOPs, operational workflows, safety checklists, and emergency response procedures.

· Manage crane operators, signalmen, stevedores, and yard equipment teams; monitor manpower allocation.

· Monitor equipment performance (QCs, RTGs, reach stackers, forklifts, MHCs) and coordinate maintenance plans.

· Analyze productivity KPIs: GMPH, BMPH, vessel turnaround time, yard utilization, etc., and drive improvement.

· Support implementation of TOS (Terminal Operating System) and related digital operation tools.

· Report directly to the General Manager on operational status, risks, and improvement measures.

Requirements

· Must have proficient English communication (CET-6)

· Minimum 15+ years experience in port/terminal operations, with at least 3 years in supervisory or managerial role.

· Strong technical understanding of container operations (loading plan, stack strategy, crane cycles) or bulk cargo operations.

· Familiar with port regulations, ISPS requirements, safety protocols, and government coordination processes.

· Able to lead cross-functional operational teams in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience with CiTOS software preferred.

· Strong problem-solving mindset, operational discipline, and ability to work day/night shifts as required.

福州瑞航港口服务有限公司一家专注于集装箱装卸作业的码头运营公司。现诚邀一位经验丰富的码头运营经理加入，负责带领现场运营团队，构建码头核心运营能力。

主要职责

· 负责码头日常运营管理，包括泊位计划、船舶调度、堆场管理和设备调度。

· 确保装卸、倒箱、平移等作业安全、高效、合规地执行。

· 协调海关、移民、海事、船公司、代理及第三方服务机构的相关工作。

· 建立并优化SOP流程、操作流程、安全检查清单及应急响应机制。

· 管理桥吊司机、指挥员、理货/装卸工及堆场设备团队，并监督人员配置。

· 监控设备运行状况（岸桥、RTG、正面吊、叉车、门机等），并协调维护计划。

· 分析运营生产力指标：GMPH、BMPH、船舶周转时间、堆场利用率等，并推动持续提升。

· 支持TOS（码头操作系统）及相关数字化工具的上线与优化。

· 向总经理汇报运营状况、风险及改进措施。

任职要求

· 具备熟练的英语沟通能力（CET-6）。

· 至少15年以上港口/码头作业经验，其中3年以上管理或主管岗位经验。

· 熟悉集装箱作业的技术流程（舱单/配载、堆场策略、吊机作业循环）或散货作业流程。

· 熟悉港口法规、ISPS安全要求、安全管理体系及政府部门协调流程。

· 能够在快节奏环境中带领跨部门运营团队。

· 有使用CiTOS系统经验者优先。

· 具备较强的问题解决能力、作业纪律性，能适应白班/夜班轮班工作。
