主要职责
1. 案件管理：独立处理从发起到解决的知识产权诉讼案件，包括起草提案，诉状，申请，以及在中国法院和行政法庭的争议证据收集。
2. 法律研究与策略：对知识产权法律、司法解释、判例进行深入分析，制定有力的诉讼策略。
3. 法庭代理：在听证、庭审和调解中代理客户；与技术专家和证人合作。
4. 团队协作：与同事和外部律师紧密合作，确保案件执行的一致性。
5. 合规与趋势：监控中国知识产权立法、司法趋势以及影响客户投资组合的国际发展动态。

资格
•学历：大学法律专业本科或硕士学历；需要中国律师资格。
•基本要求：具备3-4年知识产权执法与诉讼实务经验。
•资质优先：持有专利代理师资格证者，或拥有律师事务所、专业知识产权团队工作经验者优先。
•经验加分：具备处理跨境知识产权争端经验者尤佳
•技术技能：
熟悉中国知识产权法律、行政程序和执法机制。
较强的法律起草、研究和分析能力。
熟悉侵权和其他与知识产权相关的争议解决活动。
•语言：
• 普通话
• 英语：口语流利/写作熟练。
•软技能：注重细节，积极主动，能够在紧迫的期限内处理多个优先事项。
• 精通中国知识产权法律、行政程序及执行机制。
• 具备出色的法律文书起草、研究及分析能力。
• 熟悉侵权及其他知识产权相关争议解决活动。
Key Responsibilities
1. Case Management: Handle IP litigation cases independently from initiation to resolution, including drafting proposals, pleadings, motions, and evidence collection for disputes in PRC courts and administrative tribunals.
2. Legal Research & Strategy: Conduct in-depth analysis of IP laws, judicial interpretations, jurisprudences to develop robust litigation strategies.
3. Court Representation: Represent clients in hearings, trials, and mediations; collaborate with technical experts and witnesses.
4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and external counsel to ensure cohesive case execution.
5. Compliance & Trends: Monitor updates in Chinese IP legislation, judicial trends, and international developments impacting client portfolios.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law from a top-tier university; PRC Bar qualification required.
• Experience: 3-4 years of IP enforcement/litigation experience, preferably in a law firm or specialized IP practice. Experience with cross-border disputes is a plus.Patent attorney license would be a plus
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Chinese IP laws, administrative procedures, and enforcement mechanisms.
o Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical abilities.
o Familiarity with infringement and other IP related dispute resolution activities.
• Language:
o Mandarin
o English: Fluent speaking / proficiency in writing
• Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
