Job Title : Meta/whatsupp Assets Configuration/Social media operation specialist

JD: We are seeking foreign national,detail-oriented and methodical to build and maintain our company’s digital infrastructure within the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ecosystem. The core responsibility of this role is to ensure that our key assets—such as Business Manager, Facebook Pages, and ad accounts—are set up, managed, and maintained correctly, securely, and in a standardized manner. This is an operational support position focused on execution and standardization, emphasizing precision, clarity in communication, and the ability to turn processes into repeatable systems.

Key Responsibilities

1.Build and maintain Meta assets: Business Manager setup, Facebook Page management, basic ad account configuration, and permissions/asset management.
2.Organize and standardize the company’s external information and materials (aligned with requirements, traceable, and reusable).
3.Collaborate with the team to drive implementation, develop simple SOPs/checklists, and ensure every step is replicable.

Requirements:
1.Foreign national currently residing in China, eligible for long-term stable employment.
2.Familiar with or having used Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager.
3.Meticulous, responsible, able to work independently, and proactively communicate progress.

Preferred :
1.ands-on experience in setting up Business Manager/Pages/ad accounts, managing permissions, and basic ad configuration.
2.Experience in cross-border e-commerce, overseas brand marketing, or ad operations.

Working Arrangements:
1.Full-time preferred / part-time remote work possible (negotiable).
2.Company is based in Chongqing; remote work location is flexible (to be discussed during the interview).
3.interview is mandatory.
