Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for functional support to drive SAFECHEM business expansion in China. Primarily in logistics, operational and customer service functions as well as assistant to other functions such as administrative tasks, public communication and Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S).
Supply Chain Specialist reports directly to the Commercial Director of SAFECHEM China with functional reporting line to Operations Director of SAFECHEM.

1. Logistics and Supply Chain 物流与供应链
• Import / Export processing and document flow management 进出口以及相关流程管理
• Logistic management 物流管理
• Coordination and administration of logistics and order fulfillment activities at Chinese filling station(s) 协调和管理国内罐装业务的物流和订单全流程跟踪
• Intercompany order management 公司内部订单管理
• Sourcing of products and support materials 产品和原料的采购
2. Customer Service 客户服务
• Order receipt and handling 订单接收与执行
• Sales & commercial support 销售&商务支持
• Customer invoicing and settlement 客户发票和结算
• Complaint Management 投诉处理
• Customer communication/coordination 客户沟通和协调
3. Assistant and support to other functions 协助和支持其他职能部门
• Administration 行政
• Market communication 市场营销
Qualifications
• University degree 本科以上学历，211及以上院校优先
• Minimum 1 year of supply chain and customer service relevant experience is preferred 1年以上供应链和客服相关经验优先
• Native language in Mandarin 普通话流利
• Fluent in English written and verbal communication skills 流利的英语书面和口头沟通能力
• Skills & experience in web applications, Microsoft Office, ERP system 具备网络应用，办公软件，ERP系统的技能和经验
