This position is tailored for architects who are passionate about architectural design and possess a global perspective. 【岗位职责】/ Responsibilities

- 参与美国住宅项目全流程设计，与总部建筑师及制图人员协作，完成建筑方案及施工图设计，用于提交 Planning / Building Permit（规划与建筑许可）;

- Participate in the full-cycle design of U.S. residential projects, collaborating with headquarters architects and drafters to complete architectural design and construction drawings for Planning/Building Permit submissions.

- 协调结构、MEP 及其他顾问，确保图纸、设计文件及技术规范符合美国报批要求；

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure drawings, design documents, and technical specifications comply with U.S. approval requirements.

- 与总部技术团队及高级建筑师保持密切沟通，推进项目进度，协调各阶段任务；

- Maintain close communication with the headquarters technical team and senior architects to drive project progress and coordinate tasks across all phases.

- 具备对设计文件的阅读与理解能力，能进行英文书面沟通与汇报；

- Ability to read and comprehend design documents, with proficiency in written English communication and reporting.

【任职要求】/ Qualification

- 至少2年行业经验，具备独栋住宅/SB9项目/联排别墅/社区开发等美国住宅项目经验者优先;

- Minimum 2 years of industry experience; candidates with U.S. residential project experience in Single Family Homes, SB9 Projects, Townhouses, or Community Development is preferred.

- 五年制建筑学学位，美国工作经验或美国留学经历;

- Five-year Bachelor of Architecture degree; U.S. work experience or study abroad background is required.

- 加州注册建筑师资质（优先考虑）;

- Licensed Architect in California (preferred).

- 精通Revit，掌握AutoCAD、SketchUp、Photoshop 等设计软件;

- Proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design software.

- 熟练掌握美国建筑规范及州地方性法规;

- Thorough understanding of U.S. building codes and state/local regulations.

- 具备从方案阶段（Schematic Design）到设计深化（Design Development）再到施工图（CD Documentation) 的工作经验;

- Experience spanning from Schematic Design and Design Development to Construction Documentation (CD) phases.

- 英语读写流利，能够理解并使用英文规范沟通汇报;

- Fluent in written and spoken English, capable of comprehending and utilizing English specifications for communication and reporting.

- 具备良好的沟通协作能力、逻辑表达能力与时间管理能力;

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, logical expression, and time management abilities.
