Job Responsibilities
Assist in the origination and execution of project finance,aircraft and vessel finance transactions in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific region
Prepare pitching materials, financing proposals, etc.
Assist in the due diligence, structuring, arranging, and syndication of project finance, aircraft and vessel finance, etc.
Liaise with customers, lawyers, banks and other professional advisors and attend to documentation
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree holder in Accounting/Banking/Business/Finance/Law or related disciplines
Holder of professional qualifications in accounting, alternative investment, banking, CFA, law, etc preferred
Not less than 8 years’ relevant working experience
Ability to handle complicated transactions
Good financial modeling skills
Sound knowledge of equity capital markets in Hong Kong and in China
Confident to work with counterparts at all levels
Occasional business travels required
