Key Responsibilities:

1. To lead a team of multiple discipline designengineers and draughtsman in the proper execution of engineering related activities for various projects

2. Guide and mentor the engineering team,troubleshooting design issues

3. Pre-Bid activities such as preliminary design, preparation of tenderdrawings and material take-offs, cost estimation of material,collaborating with commercial / procurement in preparation of quotation, material sourcing and vendor development

4. To front end with clients and handle queries and clarifications for the various engineering disciplines

5. To work closely with the project management team and ensure proper execution of the job within the specified scope

6. To manage the design issues with the sub-contractors and ensure compliance with the client design

7. To build and develop a team in order to cater to FEED capabilities for various projects

8. Support Business development activities

9. To ensure all resources are adequate and maintained to support company objectives

10. Resource planning, recruitment and Performance monitoring of Engineering team

11. Ensure timely and thorough planning for tasks within each project, equitable distribution of assignments, utilizes staff strengths, develops staff in weak area

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering,construction management, project management.

2. Master’s degree in Business Administration(preferable).

3. At least (15) years’ experience with major operations and EPC projects executions.

4. Expert to drafting and reviewing Project Execution Plans

5. EPC experience with major and multi disciplines projects is an advantage.
