二、岗位职责
1. 视频剪辑制作：依据公司的内容策划和创意脚本，独立完成各类视频的剪辑与后期制作，涵盖但不限于抖音、B站 等平台的短视频，以及产品宣传、活动回顾等长视频。熟练运用剪辑技巧，进行素材筛选、镜头组接、节奏把控，确保视频流畅自然，增强内容的吸引力与感染力 。
2. 创意与特效添加：为视频添加合适的特效、转场、字幕、音乐等元素，提升视频的观赏性和专业性。紧跟视频制作的流行趋势，不断创新视频表现形式，运用新技术、新手法，为视频注入新鲜感与独特性 。
3. 素材管理：对视频素材进行有效的分类、整理与归档，建立便捷的素材库，方便素材的快速查找与调用，提高工作效率 。同时，负责素材的日常维护与更新，确保素材的质量和可用性。
4. 沟通协作：与内容策划团队、摄影师、运营团队等保持密切沟通，充分理解项目需求和创意方向，及时反馈视频制作过程中的问题与建议，共同完成视频的策划、拍摄与后期制作工作，保障视频质量达到预期目标 。
三、任职要求
1. 专业与经验：大专及以上学历，影视制作、数字媒体、动画设计等相关专业优先。具备1 - 3年视频编辑工作经验，有成功的视频作品案例者优先考虑。
2. 软件技能：熟练掌握Premiere、After Effects、Photoshop等视频编辑和图像处理软件，能够运用软件实现各种创意效果和后期制作需求。对新的视频制作软件和技术有学习热情和快速掌握能力 。
3. 创意与审美：拥有丰富的创意和想象力，对视频的主题、风格、节奏、色彩等有敏锐的感知和良好的把握能力。具备优秀的审美水平，能够制作出视觉效果突出、符合大众审美的视频作品 。
4. 沟通协作：具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够准确理解他人需求，积极表达自己的想法和建议，在团队中高效协作，共同推进项目进展 。
5. 其他能力：工作认真负责，有较强的责任心和执行力，能够在规定时间内高质量完成工作任务。对新媒体行业有浓厚兴趣，关注行业动态和热点话题，具备较强的学习能力和创新意识 。

【Job Responsibilities】
-Video Editing & Production: Independently complete editing and post-production of various types of videos based on the company’s content plans and creative scripts. This includes but is not limited to short-form content for platforms such as TikTok and Bilibili, as well as long-form content such as product promotion and event recap videos. Apply professional editing techniques in footage selection, sequencing, and pacing to ensure smooth storytelling and engaging content.
-Creative Effects & Enhancements: Add appropriate effects, transitions, subtitles, music, and other elements to enhance video quality and professionalism. Stay current with video production trends, continuously innovate visual styles, and adopt new technologies and methods to bring freshness and uniqueness to the content.
-Asset Management: Effectively categorize, organize, and archive video materials, building a convenient and accessible media library for quick retrieval and efficient workflow. Responsible for regular maintenance and updates of assets to ensure quality and availability.
-Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the content planning team, photographers, and operations team to fully understand project requirements and creative direction. Provide timely feedback and suggestions during the production process, and collaborate to ensure final outputs meet expected standards.
【Job Requirements】
-Education & Experience: Associate degree or above, with majors in Film Production, Digital Media, Animation Design, or related fields preferred. 1–3 years of experience in video editing; candidates with a proven portfolio of successful projects will be given priority.
-Software Proficiency: Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and other video editing or image processing software. Strong ability to apply software to achieve creative effects and post-production needs. Demonstrated enthusiasm and quick learning ability for new tools and technologies.
-Creativity & Aesthetic Sense: Strong creativity and imagination, with keen sensitivity to video themes, styles, pacing, and color. Possess an excellent aesthetic standard and the ability to produce visually compelling works that align with mainstream preferences.
-Teamwork & Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to accurately understand requirements, proactively express ideas, and contribute constructively to team efforts.
-Other Competencies: Highly responsible and detail-oriented, with strong execution and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines. Passionate about the new media industry, attentive to industry dynamics and trending topics, with strong learning ability and innovative mindset.
