岗位职责● 负责公司各新媒体平台（如微信公众号、抖音、小红书等）的整体运营策略制定与执行。

● 策划并产出符合品牌定位的内容，制定内容发布计划，提升用户粘性与品牌曝光。

● 管理新媒体团队，分配任务，指导团队成员的日常工作，提升整体运营效率。

● 监测各平台数据，进行数据分析，定期总结运营效果，并根据数据调整优化策略。

● 策划和执行线上营销活动及重大传播项目，提升品牌影响力与用户转化率。

● 关注行业动态，持续挖掘内容创意与热点话题，提升品牌在行业内的竞争力。

● 与其他部门（如市场、公关、电商等）协作，确保新媒体工作与公司整体战略一致。

任职要求

● 3 - 5年以上新媒体运营相关经验

● 2 - 3年及以上管理经验。

● 有成功的新媒体项目案例、账号运营经验或大型活动策划执行经验者优先。

● 内容创作能力：具备扎实的文字功底，能撰写新闻稿、营销软文等多种风格文案。有较强的内容策划能力，熟悉视频脚本撰写，对视频拍摄、剪辑有一定了解。

● 平台运营能力：熟悉微信、抖音、小红书等主流新媒体平台的规则和算法。掌握平台的运营技巧，有成功起号、账号矩阵搭建或提升账号影响力的经验。有海外媒体平台运营经验更佳

● 数据分析能力：能熟练使用数据分析工具，定期监测和分析账号数据。根据数据结果优化运营策略，提升运营效果。

● 团队管理能力：有团队管理经验，能合理分配工作任务，激励和培养团队成员。善于协调团队内部关系，促进团队协作，提高工作效率。

● 创新能力：思维活跃，能够不断挖掘新的创意和话题，提出新颖的运营思路和方案。

Responsibilities● Develop and execute the overall operation strategies for the company's new media platforms (e.g., WeChat Official Account, TikTok, Rednote, etc.).● Plan and produce brand-aligned content, create content calendars, and enhance user engagement and brand visibility.● Manage the new media team by allocating tasks, guiding daily operations, and improving overall efficiency.● Monitor platform performance, analyze data regularly, summarize operational outcomes, and optimize strategies based on data insights.● Plan and execute online marketing campaigns and major promotional projects to enhance brand influence and user conversion rates.● Stay updated on industry trends, continuously explore creative ideas and trending topics to strengthen brand competitiveness.● Collaborate with other departments (such as Marketing, PR, and E-commerce) to ensure new media efforts align with overall company strategy.

Qualifications

● 3–5 years of relevant experience in new media operations.

● 2–3 years of team management experience.

● Proven track record in successful new media projects, account operations, or major event planning and execution is preferred.

● Content Creation Skills: Strong writing skills with the ability to produce various styles of content, including press releases and marketing articles. Proficient in content planning, familiar with video scripting, and knowledgeable in video shooting and editing.

● Platform Operation Skills: Familiar with the rules and algorithms of mainstream platforms such as WeChat, Tiktok, and Rednote. Skilled in operational techniques with experience in account growth, matrix management, or influence enhancement. Experience with overseas media platforms is a plus.

● Data Analysis Skills: Proficient in using data analysis tools to monitor and optimize performance based on data-driven insights.

● Team Management Skills: Experienced in task allocation, team motivation, talent development, and fostering efficient collaboration.

● Innovation Ability: Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and propose novel operational strategies.

● Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills. Capable of effectively expressing ideas and collaborating with team members, partners, and leadership.

● Learning Ability: Adaptable and willing to continuously acquire new knowledge and skills to keep pace with the fast-evolving new media industry.
