岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities 1. 建立、实施并持续改进公司质量管理体系（ISO 9001、IATF 16949 等）。 Establish, implement, and continuously improve the company’s Quality Management System (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.). 2. 负责生产过程质量控制与监测，确保产品符合国家标准（GB/T）、客户标准及国际标准。 Responsible for quality control and monitoring of production processes to ensure compliance with GB/T standards, customer requirements, and international standards. 3. 主导质量问题分析与解决，运用 8D、FMEA等工具推动改进。 Lead quality issue analysis and resolution, applying tools such as 8D, FMEA to drive improvements. 4. 组织和参与供应商质量管理，包括审核、进料检验和纠正预防措施的落实。 Organize and participate in supplier quality management, including audits, incoming inspections, and corrective/preventive actions. 5. 参与新产品导入与过程验证，确保量产质量稳定。 Participate in New Product Introduction and process validation to ensure mass production quality stability. 6. 协助内外部质量审核（客户审核、第三方审核、体系审核），并跟进整改措施。 Support internal and external quality audits (customer, third-party, system audits) and follow up on corrective actions. 7. 推动精益生产和持续改进项目，提高生产效率和质量水平。 Promote Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement projects to enhance production efficiency and quality levels. 8. 负责质量相关文件、报告和数据的编制与维护。 Prepare and maintain quality-related documentation, reports, and data. ________________________________________ 任职资格 / Qualifications 学历 / Education • 本科及以上学历，机械、工业工程、材料、化学工程、质量管理等相关专业。 • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Materials, Chemical Engineering, or Quality Management. 工作经验 / Work Experience • 3–5 年以上质量工程 / 质量管理经验；有合资企业或外企经验者优先。 • 3–5 years’ experience in quality engineering/management; JV or multinational company experience preferred. 专业知识 / Professional Knowledge • 熟悉质量管理工具（FMEA、SPC、APQP、8D 等）。 • Familiar with quality tools (FMEA, SPC, APQP, 8D, etc.). • 掌握中国国家标准（GB/T）、CCC 强制认证及国际标准（ISO、ASTM、DIN、IEC 等）。 • Knowledge of GB/T standards, CCC certification, and international standards (ISO, ASTM, DIN, IEC). 技能要求 / Skills • 熟练使用统计软件（Minitab、JMP、Excel 等）。 • Proficient in statistical software (Minitab, JMP, Excel, etc.). • 熟悉 ERP/MES 系统（金蝶、用友等）。 • Familiar with ERP/MES systems (Kingdee, UFIDA, etc.). • 具备跨部门沟通与跨文化协作能力。 • Strong cross-functional and cross-cultural communication skills. 语言 / Language • 中文流利，英语良好（口语与书面）。 • Fluent in Mandarin; good command of English. 证书 / Certifications（加分项） • ISO 内审员资格证书； • ISO Internal Auditor Certificate; • CQE（注册质量工程师）等相关证书。 • CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) or equivalent. ________________________________________ 自我特质 / Personal Attributes • 注重细节，具备较强的问题解决能力； • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. • 积极主动，能够在压力下独立工作； • Proactive and able to work independently under pressure. • 有团队精神，善于跨部门协作。 • Strong team player with cross-departmental collaboration skills.
