岗位描述 / Position Overview
我们正在招聘一位兼具科研能力与应用转化思维的科研人员,主导和参与皮肤组织相关的器官芯片/类器官模型开发项目。研究方向涵盖皮肤屏障功能、炎症性皮肤病、皮肤老化、创伤修复等模型的构建,以及针对化妆品活性成分、药物、营养成分的功效与安全性评价。该岗位将同时面向前沿科研探索与商业化应用落地,为化妆品、个人护理和皮肤医学领域提供高效、可重复、可量化的功效验证平台。
We are seeking a highly skilled and application-oriented scientist to lead and participate in the development of skin organoid and organ-on-chip models. Research areas include the construction of models for skin barrier function, inflammatory skin diseases, skin aging, and wound healing, as well as efficacy and safety evaluation of cosmetic actives, pharmaceuticals, and nutritional ingredients. This role bridges cutting-edge scientific research with commercial applications, delivering efficient, reproducible, and quantitative efficacy evaluation platforms for cosmetics, personal care, and dermatology.
岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities
• 独立设计并执行皮肤类器官/器官芯片模型的构建与优化,包括表皮、真皮、毛囊、微血管等模块化体系;
Independently design and implement the construction and optimization of skin organoid/organ-on-chip models, including modular systems for epidermis, dermis, hair follicles, and microvasculature.
• 针对不同应用需求,建立多类型皮肤功能评价模型(屏障修复、保湿、美白、抗氧化、抗炎、抗老化等);
Establish diverse skin function evaluation models tailored for various applications (barrier repair, hydration, whitening, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-aging).
• 结合紫外线照射、污染物暴露、炎症因子、微生物干预等方式模拟皮肤真实环境,并开展活性成分功效机制研究;
Simulate realistic skin environments using UV irradiation, pollutant exposure, inflammatory stimuli, or microbial intervention, and study the mechanisms of active ingredients.
• 负责建立和优化标准化功效评价体系(TEWL、屏障修复速率、黑色素生成量、胶原和弹性蛋白定量、细胞活性及炎症指标检测等);
Develop and optimize standardized efficacy evaluation systems (TEWL, barrier repair rate, melanin quantification, collagen/elastin quantification, cell viability, and inflammatory marker analysis).
• 应用成像与分子检测手段(共聚焦显微镜、活细胞成像、免疫荧光、形态学量化分析、qPCR、ELISA等)进行多维度表型分析;
Conduct multi-dimensional phenotypic analysis using imaging and molecular techniques (confocal microscopy, live-cell imaging, immunofluorescence, morphological quantification, qPCR, ELISA, etc.).
• 推进与化妆品研发团队、生物材料工程师、临床皮肤科医生等的跨领域合作,支持新成分筛选、功效验证与申报;
Collaborate across disciplines with cosmetic R&D teams, biomaterials engineers, and clinical dermatologists to support ingredient screening, efficacy validation, and regulatory submissions.
• 参与客户项目的方案设计与结果汇报,确保研究成果满足法规、市场及知识产权要求;
Participate in client project design and reporting, ensuring deliverables meet regulatory, market, and intellectual property requirements.
• 撰写高质量中英文技术报告和科研论文,支持商业推广材料的科学化呈现。
Prepare high-quality technical reports and scientific publications in both Chinese and English, and contribute to scientifically sound marketing materials.

任职要求 / Qualifications
• 拥有皮肤生物学、生物医学工程、干细胞、生物材料或相关专业的博士学位(硕士学历且具备丰富行业经验者亦可考虑);
PhD in Skin Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Stem Cells, Biomaterials, or a related field (Master’s degree with extensive industry experience will also be considered).
• 熟悉皮肤细胞培养、3D皮肤构建体系、类器官或器官芯片模型开发;
Proficient in skin cell culture, 3D skin model construction, and organoid/organ-on-chip development.
• 具备皮肤功效评价(保湿、美白、抗炎、抗氧化等)或皮肤疾病模型研究经验;
Experience in skin efficacy evaluation (hydration, whitening, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant) or skin disease modeling.
• 有化妆品、个人护理产品或药妆研发经验者优先;
Prior experience in cosmetics, personal care products, or cosmeceutical R&D is preferred.
• 熟悉皮肤安全性评价(刺激性、光毒性、致敏性等)相关方法者优先;
Familiarity with skin safety evaluation methods (irritation, phototoxicity, sensitization) is a plus.
• 熟悉成分筛选、高通量检测与数据分析流程;
Knowledge of ingredient screening, high-throughput testing, and data analysis workflows.
• 具备良好的项目管理与客户沟通能力,能够在科研与市场需求之间实现有效衔接;
Strong project management and client communication skills, with the ability to bridge scientific research and market needs.
• 具备扎实的科研写作与中英文表达能力。
Solid scientific writing and bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English.
