职位描述
岗位职责:
- Develop and enforce administrative policies to streamline workflows across cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, logistics).
- Develop and monitor the administrative budget (e.g., office operations, travel, IT infrastructure), tracking variances and implementing corrective actions to control budget.
- Design and enforce administrative workflows (e.g., approval hierarchies, procurement protocols) to streamline cross-departmental coordination (engineering, procurement, QHSE).
- Organize weekly progress meetings with EPC contractors, clients, and stakeholders, documenting action items and deadlines.
- Coordinate site mobilization for personnel and equipment, including temporary housing, catering, and transportation for on-site staff.
- Oversee maintenance of office facilities, utilities (power, water, internet), and security systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Prepare monthly reports on administrative KPIs (e.g., budget utilization, mobilization timelines).
- Manage inventory of safety gear, office supplies, and emergency kits, conducting monthly audits to replenish stock.
- Arrange international travel, visas, and work permits for expatriate staff, adhering to host-country immigration laws.
岗位要求:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields.
- Fluent English for cross-cultural coordination with global teams; proficiency in Mandarin preferred for local stakeholder engagement.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling ability.
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Willing to transfer internationally and be prepared to spend extended durations at the various contract work sites.
- 8+ years in administrative management, including 5+ years in EPC projects for offshore oil & gas.
- Proven track record in managing logistics for projects valued >$100M USD, with expertise in remote site mobilization.
