职位描述
岗位职责:
- Receive, organize, label, archive, and distribute project documents (e.g., contracts, reports, technical specifications).
- Maintain and update document control systems, ensuring version control and accessibility for stakeholders.
- Prepare and compile contract documents, progress reports, and financial invoices for client submission.
- Arrange meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors; prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
- Disseminate contract documents and correspondence to relevant parties.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project Documents.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor document workflows to avoid delays or errors, and conduct regular audits for accuracy.
- Assist managers in tracking project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Generate document status reports and maintain records for future reference.
岗位要求:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, or Information Management).
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
- Advanced computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 3+ years of experience in document control, project administration, or related roles.
- Familiarity with project lifecycle documentation from engineering, procurement, construction, to commissioning and handover.
