岗位职责：
- Contributing to the development of the Project Execution Plan and ensuring review and issue of the plan well within time.
- Developing the Project Quality Plans as required by Contract and specifications with the relevant entities, departments and subcontractor(s) involved in the Project.
- Liaising with Client/Customer for the approval of the respective Quality Plans.
- Initiating preventive and corrective actions where potential risk to Quality is foreseen or identified.
- Identifying unique requirements and/or special processes and/or special control and examination required for any specific activities during the execution of the Project.
- Interacting with all disciplines in each entity throughout the phases of the Project to ensure that quality requirements are met.
- Interfacing with Procurement and Vendor inspections to ensure that Project Quality requirements are defined and documented.
- Reviewing vendor documentation to ensure that all quality requirements are understood.
- Issuing, follow-up and close out of nonconformance and/or delivery nonconformance (DNC) reports.
- Liaising with the Client appointed classification Society/Authority.
- Scheduling and organizing internal audits and ensuring that any corrective actions required are completed well within time.
- Participating and coordinating any Client/Customer initiated audits.
- Participating in all Project meetings as required.
- Leading and driving a common and consistent risk based HSE culture throughout the project.
- Developing and leading implementation of the HSE as required by the Contract.
- Supporting the planning and execution of the internal HSE audit and compliance assurance programs.
- Identifying training requirements and Regulatory requirements.
- Assisting with HAZID and reviewing customer HSE documentation.
- Establishing KPI’s relevant to the Project and developing HSE Management System documents.
- Leading Incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis.
- Reviewing/approving Subcontractors and Vendors for project equipment/services.
- Conducting regular site and location visits/reviews.
- Verifying required HSE reporting to client.
- Participating in HSE Audits as required.
- Capturing Lessons Learned for HSE.
- Ensuring that HSE Project Completion Report has been completed if required.

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred for complex offshore projects.
- EBOSH International Diploma or OSHA 30 for occupational safety compliance.
- ISO 9001/45001 Lead Auditor certification for quality and environmental management systems.
- Fluent English; proficiency in Mandarin preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling ability.
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Willing to transfer internationally and spend extended durations at various contract work sites.
- 10+ years in offshore oil & gas, with 5+ years in QHSE management for EPC projects.
- Managed QHSE compliance for projects valued >$500M USD, including FPSO fabrication, integration, and commissioning.
