BASIC FUNCTION基本职责
负责酒店消防控制室及安防监控系统的24小时值班操作，确保消防设施（火灾报警控制器、喷淋系统、排烟设备等）及监控设备（摄像头、录像存储系统）正常运行。
Responsible for 24-hour operation of the hotel's fire control room and security monitoring system, ensuring normal operation of fire-fighting facilities (fire alarm controllers, sprinkler systems, smoke exhaust equipment, etc.) and monitoring equipment (cameras, video storage systems).
- 实时监控酒店公共区域、重点区域（如机房、配电室、消防通道）的安全状况，及时识别异常情况并启动应急预案。
- Monitor the safety status of public areas and key areas (e.g., equipment rooms, power distribution rooms, fire exits) in real time, and promptly identify abnormalities to initiate emergency response plans.
- 记录消防控制室值班日志，包括设备运行状态、报警信息、故障处理及交接班记录，确保数据准确可追溯。
- Record fire control room logs, including equipment operation status, alarm information, fault handling, and shift handover records, ensuring accurate and traceable data.配合酒店安保团队进行日常安全巡查，协助开展消防安全培训及应急演练。
- Cooperate with the hotel security team for daily safety inspections and assist in fire safety training and emergency drills.
- 发现消防设施故障或安全隐患时，立即上报并协助维修人员进行处理，确保符合消防安全规范。
- Immediately report and assist maintenance personnel in handling fire facility malfunctions or safety hazards to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 职责和义务
合规性义务：严格遵守《中华人民共和国消防法》及酒店消防安全管理制度，确保消防控制室操作符合国家标准（GB 25506-2010）。
Compliance Obligation: Strictly abide by the Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and hotel fire safety management systems, ensuring fire control room operations comply with national standards (GB 25506-2010).
- 设备维护义务：每日检查消防设施及监控系统的运行状态，对关键设备（如火灾报警控制器、应急广播系统）进行功能测试，确保“持证操作、规范操作”。
- Equipment Maintenance Obligation: Daily inspection of fire facilities and monitoring systems; functional testing of key equipment (e.g., fire alarm controllers, emergency broadcast systems) to ensure "certified and standardized operation."
- 应急响应义务：接到火警、盗警等警报时，立即按流程核实情况并上报，必要时启动应急疏散预案，配合消防救援部门开展工作。
- Emergency Response Obligation: Upon receiving fire, theft, or other alarms, immediately verify the situation and report according to procedures; initiate emergency evacuation plans when necessary and cooperate with fire rescue departments.
- 记录与报告义务：如实填写《消防控制室值班记录表》《设备故障维修单》，定期提交消防安全检查报告，确保信息完整。
- Recording and Reporting Obligation: Accurately fill in Fire Control Room Duty Records and Equipment Fault Repair Forms; submit regular fire safety inspection reports to ensure information integrity.
- 保密义务：对监控录像内容及酒店安全信息严格保密，严禁泄露或擅自传播敏感数据。
- Confidentiality Obligation: Maintain strict confidentiality of surveillance footage and hotel security information; prohibit disclosure or unauthorized dissemination of sensitive data.
JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求
证书要求：持有消防设施操作员证书（初级及以上），证书需在有效期内（全国通用，终身有效），且通过消防行业职业技能鉴定指导中心认证（依据《消防设施操作员国家职业标准》）。
Certificate Requirement: Hold a Fire Facilities Operator Certificate (Primary or above) issued by the Fire Industry Vocational Skill Appraisal Guidance Center, valid nationwide for life (in accordance with the National Occupational Standard for Fire Facilities Operators).
- 学历与经验：高中或中专及以上学历，1年以上酒店或大型公共场所消防控制室值班经验者优先；熟悉消防设备（如火灾报警系统、消防联动设备）及安防监控系统操作。
Education and Experience: High school or technical secondary school diploma or above; 1+ year of experience in fire control room operations in hotels or large public places preferred. Familiarity with fire equipment (e.g., fire alarm systems, fire linkage devices) and security monitoring system operations.
技能要求：
- 掌握消防设施操作理论及实操技能，能独立处理常见设备故障（如误报排除、系统复位）；
- 具备基础电脑操作能力，熟悉监控录像调取、存储及备份流程；
- 持有有效急救证书或消防应急处置培训证明者优先。
Skills:
- Proficient in fire facilities operation theory and practical skills; able to independently handle common equipment faults (e.g., false alarm elimination, system reset);
- Basic computer operation skills, familiar with surveillance video retrieval, storage, and backup processes;
- Valid first aid certificate or fire emergency response training certification preferred.
素质要求：责任心强，具备良好的观察力和应急判断力；能适应轮班制（含夜班），无不良职业记录；沟通能力良好，可熟练使用中英文进行工作汇报者优先。
Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility, excellent observation and emergency judgment; able to work shifts (including night shifts) with no不良职业记录; good communication skills, proficiency in both Chinese and English for work reporting preferred.
