Job Descriptions:
1.Sourcing fabric/trims and lab dip, bulk fabric quality to buyer for approval.
2.Collect general price for developing samples.
3.Can see sample fitting problems and workmanship,try to reduce the cost .
4.Arrange to develop samples with suppliers according to requirements.
Confirm samples with buyers.
5.Prepare orders to suppliers after Purchase manager and GM confirmed final price.
6.Check and get barcode from client side and Update Dropbox for it.
7.Follow up order table under timeline.
8.Following the styles which have QC problem, communicate with supplier for fixing or ship out with buyer approval.
9.Submit PO / order sheet and get GM approval to Accounting Team for deposit application.
10.Confirm Commercial Invoice shipped style#/ unit price/ color/ quantity after each shipment.

Job Requirements:
1. Years of Experience: at least 3 years experiences in Buying/Trading office on garment fields for US or EU Market.
2. Computer Skills: Able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc.) professionally.
3. Factory background is preferred.can work under pressue and high speed .
