Job title: Accountant

职位概述：一家小型贸易公司的全盘财务工作，主营业务进口煤炭内销

Summary of the role: Overall finance for a small scale trading company, main operation in importing coals and selling to China companies

薪资待遇: 税前工资4500-6500元，五险一金，每年带薪休假15天

Total compensation: Pre-tax monthly salary CNY 4,500-6,500, five social insurances and housing fund, paid annual leave 15 days

岗位职责

Job Responsibilities

*会计核算：对公司的经营活动、往来款项如实进行全面准确的记录、监督；费用台账、合同台账的登记和管理

Accounting: Conduct comprehensive and accurate accounting records and supervision of the company's business activities and current payments; register and manage expense ledger and contract ledger

*税务工作：按时准确纳税申报，开具与保管发票，包括申请增值税专用发票额度等，配合税务局检查工作、及时准备所需的各项资料，与税务局保持良好的沟通及协调

Tax: Conduct tax filing timely and correctly, issue and keep fapiao including applying increase for VAT fapiao limit, cooperate with the inspection work of the tax authority, prepare all required materials in a timely manner, and maintain good communication and coordination with the tax authority

*银行结算：处理收付款，包括准备收付款材料等，银行账户日常维护，外管局数据申报

Bank settlement: process receipts and payments, including the preparation of receipts and payments materials, daily maintenance of bank accounts, and data declaration of SAFE

*配合工作：配合内部业务团队、外部审计等工作，及时准备所需的各项资料，与各方保持良好的沟通及协调

Cooperation and support: cooperate with internal business department and external audit and other work, prepare the required information in a timely manner, and maintain good communication and coordination with all parties

*其他工作：积极完成领导安排的其他相关工作

Other work: Actively complete other related work arranged by the leader.

学历和资质：本科财会专业，英语四级，1年以上工作经验

Education level and qualifications: Full-time undergraduate, bachelor in accounting and/or finance, CET4, working experience over 1 year

具有国际贸易知识和实际操作经验者优先，会俄语优先

Preferred knowledge of international trade and practical experience, preferred Russian language
