Serve as the technical lead for
wastewater treatment systems in biopharmaceutical facility projects.

- Develop system specifications, P&IDs,
and layout drawings in coordination with process, HVAC, and architectural
teams.

- Review and interpret client user
requirements and translate them into compliant engineering solutions.

- Prepare and review technical
documentation, including URS, datasheets, RFQs, and vendor submittals.

- Evaluate and select wastewater treatment
equipment vendors; participate in technical clarification meetings and design
reviews.

- Manage and coordinate procurement,
delivery, and installation schedules for wastewater treatment systems.

- Oversee on-site installation,
commissioning, and qualification (IQ/OQ) of wastewater treatment systems,
ensuring compliance with GMP and project standards.
监督现场安装、调试及确认（IQ/OQ），确保符合 GMP 及项目标准。

- Liaise with construction management,
vendors, and client representatives to resolve technical issues during
nstallation and startup.
与施工管理、供应商及客户代表沟通，解决安装及开车过程中的技术问题。

- Support FAT/SAT (Factory/Site Acceptance
Testing) and ensure proper documentation handover.
支持 FAT/SAT（工厂/现场验收测试），并确保文件交付完整。

- Ensure all wastewater treatment systems
comply with relevant international/local codes, standards, and client-specific
requirements.
确保所有废水处理系统符合相关国际/本地法规、标准及客户要求。

- Provide technical support and
troubleshooting during project execution and initial operation.
在项目执行及初始运行期间提供技术支持及故障排查。

- Participate in risk assessments, HAZOPs,and design reviews as required.

- Support project change management and contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements
任职资格

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
环境工程、化学工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。

- 3+ years of relevant experience in
wastewater treatment engineering, preferably in biopharmaceutical or
pharmaceutical projects.
3 年以上废水处理工程相关经验，优先考虑生物制药或制药项目背景。

- Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment
processes and equipment, including biological, chemical, and physical treatment
methods.
熟悉废水处理工艺及设备，包括生物、化学及物理处理方法。

- Familiarity with GMP, environmental regulations, and relevant international standards.
熟悉 GMP、环保法规及相关国际标准。

- Experience with commissioning,qualification (IQ/OQ), and validation processes.

- Strong project management,organizational, and communication skills.
具备良好的项目管理、组织及沟通能力。

- Ability to work in a multicultural,multidisciplinary, and fast-paced project environment.

- Proficient in English (written and spoken); Chinese language skills are a plus.

- Experience working with international engineering firms or EPCM contractors.
