1、市场战略与业务拓展 Job Responsibilities：洞察俄罗斯物流市场，政策导向（如国际贸易，免税政策调整）及竞品策略，结合公司资源制定本地化市场拓展战略与销售方案，主导客户开发（含中俄两地客户），渠道布局及合作谈判，对区域业绩指标负总责。
1. Market Strategy and Business Development: Gain insights into the Russian logistics market, policy trends (such as international trade, tax exemption policy adjustments), and competitor strategies. Combine company resources to develop localized market expansion strategies and sales plans. Lead customer development (including customers in both China and Russia), channel layout, and cooperation negotiations. Be fully responsible for regional performance indicators.
2、全链路物流运营统筹End-to-end logistics operations coordination:负责俄罗斯物流全流程管控，涵盖清关协调、仓储布局（边境仓/保税仓/本地仓）运输渠道组合（中欧班列/空运/卡航/海运）及末端配送优化，对接本地清关代理、承运商，确保货物高效合规流转，及时解决清关异常，运力波动等问题。
Responsible for the entire logistics process in Russia, including customs clearance coordination, warehousing layout (border warehouse/bonded warehouse/local warehouse), transportation channel combination (China-Europe Railway Express/air freight/truckload/sea freight) and last-mile delivery optimization, connecting with local customs clearance agents and carriers to ensure efficient and compliant cargo flow, and promptly resolving issues such as customs clearance anomalies and capacity fluctuations.
3、政策合规与风险管控Policy Compliance and Risk Management：深度解读俄罗斯物流政策（如EAC认证、电子报关系统，使用规范、关税增值税政策），建立合规运营体系；搭建风险应对机制，规避汇率变动，地缘政策变化，清关纠纷等潜在风险。
We provide in-depth analysis of Russian logistics policies (such as EAC certification, electronic customs declaration system, usage guidelines, and tariff and VAT policies) to establish a compliant operating system; and we build a risk response mechanism to mitigate potential risks such as exchange rate fluctuations, changes in geopolitical policies, and customs clearance disputes.
二、任职要求Job requirements
1、语言能力Language ability：俄语母语或精通水平（可胜任商务谈判，文档翻译，团队沟通），持有专八等资格证书者优先，英语流利，可作为辅助工作语言。
Native or fluent Russian proficiency (capable of handling business negotiations, document translation, and team communication), with preference given to candidates holding qualifications such as the TEM-8. Proficiency in English is required, to be used as an auxiliary working language.
2、专业背景与经验Professional Background and Experience：本科及以上学历，国际贸易、物流管理、市场营销等相关专业优先，3年以上俄罗斯市场物流/跨境贸易/供应链管理经验，具备中俄物流专线，海外仓运营或货代业务经验者优先，有0-1市场开拓经验者加分。
Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in international trade, logistics management, marketing, or related fields preferred. 3+ years of experience in Russian market logistics, cross-border trade, or supply chain management. Candidates with experience in China-Russia dedicated logistics routes, overseas warehouse operations, or freight forwarding business will be prioritized. Those with 0-1 market development experience will receive additional points.
3、其他要求other requirements：24岁-40岁以内，能接受俄罗斯长期驻派或高频出差，具备较强的抗压能力，执行力与主人翁精神，认同公司价值观，愿意与企业共同成长。
Under the age of 24-40, able to accept long-term or frequent business trips to Russia, possessing strong resilience, execution ability, and a sense of ownership, identifying with company values, and willing to grow together with the enterprise.
