车间主任负责监督面粉厂整体运营，确保产量最大化、质量稳定和生产高效。本职位隶属于一个新建项目（Greenfield Project），候选人将从设备安装、调试到投产全过程参与，并在投产前期参与工艺图设置和参数优化的试运行。具有新建或大型扩建项目相关经验的候选人优先考虑。
Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
1. Project Participation / 项目参与
• Support mill layout validation and schematic settings during installation phase.
在安装阶段支持厂区布局验证和工艺图设置。
• Participate in equipment installation, commissioning, and start-up.
参与设备安装、调试及投产。
• Conduct pre-trial execution, fine-tuning milling parameters for target quality and yield.
进行投产前试运行，调试碾磨参数以实现目标质量与产量。
2. Production & Operations / 生产与运营
•Lead daily milling operations once production is live.
投产后领导日常碾磨生产。
•Optimize yield, extraction rate, and throughput.
优化产量、出粉率与产能。
•Ensure smooth intake, cleaning, and pre-processing.
确保小麦入库、清理和预处理的顺畅。
3. Quality & Compliance / 品质与合规
•Enforce flour and by-product specifications.
确保面粉及副产品符合标准。
4. People & Leadership / 人员与团队管理
•Supervise shift millers and operators.
监督值班磨师与操作员。
•Provide structured training and coaching.
提供系统培训与辅导。
•Build up the operational team during project ramp-up.
在项目爬坡阶段组建并培养运营团队。
5. Maintenance & Asset Care / 设备维护与管理
•Cooperate with maintenance for preventive plans.
与维修团队协作制定预防保养计划。
•Ensure milling assets (Bühler/Ocrim/Satake) run at peak efficiency.
确保碾磨设备（布勒/奥克瑞姆/佐竹）高效运行。
6. Reporting & Continuous Improvement / 报告与持续改进
•Submit reports on installation, commissioning, trials, and steady-state production.
提交安装、调试、试运行及稳定生产的报告。
•Track KPIs: extraction %, energy, downtime, OEE.
跟踪关键指标：出粉率、能耗、停机率、设备综合效率。
•Propose cost reduction & process improvements.
提出降本与工艺优化建议。

Qualifications & Experience / 任职要求
Experience / 经验：
• ≥10 years flour milling, ≥5 years as Head Miller.
必须具备 10 年以上碾磨经验，5 年以上磨师经验。
•Proven experience in greenfield or expansion projects, from installation to start-up.
必须具备新建或扩建项目（从安装到投产）的实际经验。
