Core Responsibilities
1. New supplier development
Lead the review of potential suppliers, output audit reports and access conclusions;
Organize APQP cross-functional teams to conduct PFMEA, MSA, CP, and PPAP reviews and approvals for key purchased items.
Use DQ/PQ trial production tracking to complete capacity verification and process capability verification before SOP
2. Mass production supplier management
- Planning of product/process development quality; Track the whole process of product/process development Monitor
incoming material quality indicators (PPM), conduct data analysis, conduct risk assessment of suppliers, and activate 8D for over-standard suppliers Improve processes and validate closed loops;
Quarterly/annual process audits to promote continuous improvement of suppliers;
Lead the on-site containment and root cause analysis of major quality anomalies, and execute SCAR, Sorting & Rework schemes when necessary.
Qualifications
Education: college or bachelor degree or above, major in machinery/materials/vehicle/industrial engineering and other related majors;
Work experience: more than 3 years of experience in welding and machining processes, experience in supplier process quality, leading the whole process of APQP (early quality planning); Experience in project management.
Expertise: Proficient in the use of the five major tools (APQP/FMEA/MSA/SPC/PPAP);
Master 8D, Fishbone Diagram, 5Why
Audit skills: can independently lead the team to complete system audits and process audits, and VDA 6.3 certificate is preferred;
Software tools: proficient in reading mechanical drawings and GD&T, using CAD/UG for simple ranging, mastering Excel pivot and Minitab basic statistics;
Language ability: Fluent in Mandarin, good in English reading and writing (able to output 8D in English.) report, oral interview accessibility);
Soft skills: strong ability to resist pressure, communicate and promote, and can adapt to domestic business trips.

主导潜在供应商审核,输出审核报告与准入结论;
组织 APQP 跨功能小组,对关键外购件开展 PFMEA、MSA、CP、PPAP 评审与批准;
运用 DQ/PQ 试产跟踪,完成 SOP 前的产能验证与过程能力验证
2. 量产供应商管理
- 对产品/过程开发质量的策划;产品/过程开发实现的全流程跟踪
监控来料质量指标(PPM),进行数据分析,对供应商进行风险评估,对超标供应商启动 8D 改善流程并验证闭环;
季度/年度过程审核,推动供应商持续改进;
主导重大质量异常现场围堵与 root cause 分析,必要时执行 SCAR、Sorting & Rework 方案;
任职资格
学历专业:大专或者本科及以上学历,机械/材料/车辆/工业工程等相关专业;
工作经验:3 年以上焊接、机加两类工艺经验,供应商过程质量的经验,主导过 APQP 全流程(前期的质量策划);有过项目管理的经验。
专业知识: 熟练运用 五大工具(APQP/FMEA/MSA/SPC/PPAP);
掌握 8D、鱼骨图、5Why
审核技能:可独立带队完成体系审核与过程审核,具备 VDA 6.3 证书优先;
软件工具:熟练阅读机械图纸与 GD&T,会使用 CAD/UG 简单测距,掌握 Excel 数据透视、Minitab 基础统计;
语言能力:普通话流利,英语读写良好(能输出英文 8D 报告,口语面试无障碍);
软技能:抗压、沟通推动能力强,可适应国内出差。
