岗位职责：：
在日常业务的所有组织和行政方面为销售团队提供支持
在 ERP 系统中维护与销售相关的客户主数据
组织跨部门协作与会议
协调技术、法务部门，解决合同条款或交付问题
从合同起草、系统录入到物流跟踪，全程跟进订单执行，确保交付进度
协助制作投标文件、客户方案书，参与招投标流程
编制统计数据和评估
支持和实施市场营销活动，搜集展会信息，运营微信公众号
参与市场活动和展会的规划、组织和实施
市场营销文档的中英文翻译
管理销售文档库（如资质文件、案例库），支持销售快速调用资源
任职要求：
以前在业务销售部门或类似职位担任助理职务的经验，主要关注销售。
精通 Microsoft Office 套件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）
处理 ERP 系统的经验
出色的中英文书面和口语能力。
独立和结构化的工作方式

Tasks:
Provide support to the sales team across all organizational and administrative aspects of daily business operations.
Maintain sales-related customer master data within the ERP system.
Organize cross-departmental collaboration initiatives and coordinate interdepartmental meetings.
Liaise with technical and legal departments to address issues pertaining to contract terms or delivery matters.
Oversee the end-to-end order execution process—from contract drafting and system entry to logistics tracking—to ensure timely delivery.
Assist in the preparation of tender documents and customer proposals, and participate in the bidding process.
Compile statistical data and conduct performance evaluations.
Support and execute marketing activities, gather trade show information, and manage the WeChat Official Account.
Contribute to the planning, organization and execution of marketing events and trade shows.
Provide Chinese-English translation services for marketing documents.
Manage the sales document repository (e.g., qualification documents, case libraries) to enable the sales team to access resources efficiently.
Profile:
Previous experience in an assistant role in the sales department or similar position, with strong focus on Sales.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in dealing with ERP systems
Very good written and spoken Chinese and English skills, German is advantageous but not mandatory.
