岗位职责 | Key Responsibilities

• 为涉及美国业务的中国企业提供会计与税务支持性服务
  Provide accounting and tax-related support services for Chinese companies with U.S. operations

• 协助整理和分析财务数据，用于美国税务申报、合规及咨询项目
  Assist in organizing and analyzing financial data for U.S. tax filings,
  compliance, and advisory engagements

• 与美国税务与咨询团队合作，支持跨境税务项目执行
  Collaborate with U.S. tax and advisory teams on cross-border engagements

• 参与基础税务与财务咨询工作，逐步提升专业判断能力
  Participate in entry-level tax and financial advisory work, developing
  professional judgment

• 协助客户理解基本的美国会计与税务要求
  Help clients understand fundamental U.S. accounting and tax requirements

• 参与内部培训、技术学习及流程优化
  Participate in internal training, technical learning, and process
  improvement initiatives

任职要求 | Qualifications

• 本科及以上学历，会计、财务、审计、金融等相关专业
  Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related fields

• 1–3年会计相关工作经验，有企业会计或事务所经验者优先
  1–3 years of accounting experience; corporate or public accounting experience preferred

• 英语四级（CET-4）及以上，具备阅读英文财务资料及基本书面沟通能力
  CET-4 or above, with the ability to read English financial materials and handle basic written communication

• 对跨境会计、国际业务或美国财税方向有持续学习兴趣和好奇心
  Strong curiosity and interest in cross-border accounting, international business, or U.S. tax-related work

• 工作细致认真，责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
  Detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player
