PMO (驻场BBA)
岗位职责:
• Project Status Presentation
To inform the project and track necessary information, a standard documentation has to give an project overview of most frequent used information and most important once like, weekly status, schedule, deliverables, targets, link list, project org chart, technology info, risk list, maturity.
• Meetings organization
Organization of all the documents, people and facilities to prepare, run and afterwards document and share content among boards and meeting.
• Project schedule
The PMO organizes all project schedules, with the common tools. Information from meetings are put online in the schedule.
Project resource planning
Budget, head count and optional HW has to be planned in a standard way
Acceptance criteria
Monthly GR & payment for the provided service according to project need. Supplier should provide a timesheet and working content monthly as and ask the signatures from the client

• 项目状态汇报
为同步项目信息并跟踪必要数据,需通过标准文档提供项目概览,涵盖高频使用信息及核心内容,例如:周状态、进度计划、交付物、目标、链接清单、项目组织架构图、技术信息、风险清单、成熟度评估。
• 会议组织
统筹所有相关文档、人员及场地,保障会议筹备、召开,会后完成记录并在相关团队间共享内容。
• 项目进度计划
项目管理办公室(PMO)通过统一工具统筹所有项目进度,会议信息将同步更新至在线进度表中。
项目资源规划
预算、人员编制及可选硬件资源需按标准流程规划。
验收标准 根据项目需求,按月进行验收与付款。 供应商需每月提交工时表及工作内容说明,并获取客户签字确认。
• 风险管理 :建立透明的风险概览机制。
• 流程导向:包含文件夹结构、MPM流程说明、TCR(变更请求)、Jira工具管理。
