动力总成零部件本土化项目协调（驻厂沈阳宝马中国）
▪主导并协调中国区零部件本地化工程团队工作。
▪定期参与慕尼黑BE团队会议。
▪组织中国区动力总成零部件BE团队定期会议，撰写议程与会议纪要。
▪与供应商对接议程及会议纪要内容。
▪为中国BE团队建立各部件LOP，明确时间线/截止日期
▪负责设计质量问题。配合慕尼黑BE团队，监控预防性质量问题（产品FMEA、经验教训、风险评估）
▪与供应商及宝马集团共同制定验证计划。监控验证进度与状态。解决产品问题并跟进措施有效性与实施情况
▪确保发动机及整车测试样品按时交付，并与宝马/BBA验证团队跟进进度。
▪确保产品开发与产业化进程符合宝马项目里程碑要求。
▪在中国部件制造的每个阶段审核图纸（核对必要规范）。
▪前往供应商工厂及研发中心进行商务考察：供应商预选、项目启动、关键问题阶段性确认、PCS会议、专项议题讨论。
▪编制定期项目进度报告。
资格要求：
▪汽车工程、机械工程或相关专业本科/硕士学位。
▪具备汽车动力总成部件领域的高级工程经验及生产相关背景。
▪拥有丰富的项目管理经验。
▪必须具备商务流利英语能力，德语能力良好者优先。
▪出色的沟通协调能力。
▪具备战略性与分析性思维及行动能力。
▪掌握跨部门协作运作知识。
▪拥有跨文化经验、感知力及能力。
▪具备成本与质量意识。
▪熟悉宝马流程及工程工作流者优先。

Powertrain component localization project BET lead(coordinator)
Main responsibilities:
▪Lead and coordinate component localization EMT work in CN.
▪Is regular participant of BE-Team Munich.
▪Organize regular BE-Team meetings for powertrain components in China, write Agenda and Meeting Minutes▪
Align the agenda and the meeting minutes with the supplier.
▪Set up LOP for BE-Team China for each component with clear timeline/deadlines EMT LOP
▪Responsible for design quality issues. Monitor preventive Quality Topics (Product FMEA, Lessons Learned, Risk assessment) in alignment with M-QI within the BE-Team Munich.
▪Define validation plan with supplier and BMW AG. Monitor the validation progresses and status. Solve product issues and follow-up the measures effectiveness and implementation.
▪Guarantee samples delivery on time for engine and vehicle tests and follow-up the status with the BMW/BBA validation team.
▪Guarantee the product development and industrialization progresses acc. to BMW project milestones.
▪Drawing for the China component is checked at every build phase (alignment for needed specs: Lastenheft, critical specifications, Tecsa, QV, GS).
▪Business trips at the supplier plants and R&D centers: supplier pre-selection, kick off for project, buy off for build phases only for critical issues, PCS, special topics.
▪Prepare regular project status report.
