Job Responsibilities:

1.Oversee the establishment, operation, coordination, and strategic planning of the company’s own-brand Amazon e-commerce platform. Monitor and diagnose sales performance, lead the team to achieve business goals and targets.

2.Assis tteam members in new product project execution, optimize and review new product launch plans, manage promotion timelines, control input-output ratios, and improve the success rate of new products.

3.Conduct market research and competitor analysis for the assigned product categories on Amazon. Analyze products, define category planning and development needs, and support product development.

4.Assist team members in diagnosing listings, provide optimization recommendations, and continuously refine listings to enhance product competitiveness.

5.Foster cross-departmental collaboration and drive team synergy. Focus on team development by providing training and guidance to team members.

6.Monitor competitors and market trends in the assigned categories, and innovate strategies based on business needs.

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, with CET-4 or equivalent English proficiency. Strong English communication skills preferred; overseas study experience is a plus.

2.Minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) operations, with a focus on branded products.

3. In-depth knowledge of Amazon policies and platform rules, with the ability to apply them to daily operations and resolve potential disputes effectively.

4.Proficient in using Amazon-related tools and platforms.

5.Strategic mindset with a sharp eye for market trends and growth opportunities.

6.Proven team leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility.

7.Ability to mentor team members, support their professional growth, and build a talent pipeline.
