Job Description:

Oversee the entire production process of short dramas/videos, including scriptwriting, creative planning, shooting arrangements, editing, and post-production supervision.

Lead and organize cross-functional teams to ensure on-schedule delivery, quality control, and cost efficiency throughout production.

Coordinate resources across actors, crew members, producers, and external departments to drive project completion.

Qualifications:

Proven directing experience in short drama/video production (domestically or internationally), with a portfolio of multiple completed works.

Exceptional creativity and creative capabilities, with the ability to generate high-quality innovative ideas for storylines and art direction.

Strong management skills and team collaboration spirit; adept at coordinating multi-departmental efforts and resolving complex challenges.
