We are looking for an AI designer with both artistic aesthetics and technical capabilities to join our creative team to explore the innovative combination of AI and design. You will be responsible for completing visual design, model training and creative implementation through AI tools, and collaborating with the team to create high-quality works.

岗位职责：

Job Responsibilities:

1.使用AI工具完成视觉设计、图像生成及优化；

2.参与AI模型训练与调优，配合团队实现设计需求的技术落地；

Participate in AI model training and tuning, and cooperate with the team to achieve the technology implementation of design needs;

3.完成简单的视频剪辑、特效制作，提升团队作品表现力；

Complete simple video editing and special effects production to improve the expressiveness of the team's works;

4.与其他部门团队紧密协作，确保设计方案的创意性与可行性；

Work closely with other department teams to ensure the creativity and feasibility of the design;

5.跟踪AI设计领域前沿趋势，推动团队技术升级与创意突破。

必备条件：

Required conditions:

1.美术、设计、数字媒体等相关专业背景，扎实的审美基础与设计能力；

Professional background in art, design, digital media, etc., solid aesthetic foundation and design ability;

2.熟练使用AI设计工具（如MidJourney、Stable Diffusion、ComfyUI、可灵等），了解模型训练基本流程；

Proficient in using AI design tools (such as MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Keling, etc.) to understand the basic process of model training;

3.掌握基础视频剪辑与特效技能（AE/PR/剪映等），能独立完成简单后期制作；

Master basic video editing and special effects skills (AE/PR/cutting, etc.), and be able to independently complete simple post-production;

4.良好的团队协作意识，善于沟通并高效推进项目。

Good teamwork awareness, good at communication and efficiently promote projects.
