This role focuses on building a strong and collaborative foreign teacher community and providing professional development guidance to help them thrive in their teaching careers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate team-building activities for foreign teachers to enhance communication, trust, and collaboration.

Provide career development consultations and guidance to foreign faculty members.

Serve as a bridge between foreign teachers and the school administration to ensure smooth communication and a supportive working environment.

Support onboarding, cultural adaptation, and long-term retention of international staff.

Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive school culture.

Qualifications:

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
