📌 Responsibilities
- Develop, onboard, and manage strategic partnerships with direct advertisers, affiliate networks, media buyers, and performance agencies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, direct brands, and affiliate partners across multiple verticals
- Negotiate commercial terms and optimize deals to drive high ROI for both sides
- Analyze campaign data, identify opportunities, and proactively propose growth strategies
- Collaborate with internal operation and product teams to support integration, tracking, and delivery
- Attend global affiliate conferences and online events to represent the company and expand business reach
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor moves, and emerging traffic sources
🔍 What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably on the network or advertiser side
- Solid understanding of advertiser needs, offer structures, and payout models (CPL, CPA, RevShare)
- Demonstrated success in partner acquisition and business development
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
- Native-level English fluency, both written and spoken, with the ability to lead meetings and close deals independently
- Self-driven, structured, and goal-oriented, able to work independently in a remote environment
