Work Scope:
Manager, Program Management is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of specific projects within the Business Unit. They work closely with functional teams to ensure that plans are aligned with strategic objectives and that all program deliverables are met. They provide leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully their tasks.
Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Define objectives, develop detailed plans, align goals with organizational strategy, and mitigate risks effectively.
2. Lead and manage NPI projects from concept to mass production.
3. Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks promptly.
4. Establish governance structures, manage good relationship with stakeholders,
communicate effectively, and address concerns and address Concerns promptly.
5. Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, conduct financial analysis,
and report to stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication among internal teams to guarantee seamless project execution
6.Identify and mitigate risks, monitor and respond to issues, and escalate critical problems as needed
7. Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) Projects and support the team, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative environment within different team within the company.
8. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to facilitate effective teamwork and communication.
9. Bill of Materials (BOM) Management to ensure BOMs are aligned with design and production requirements
10. Engineering Change Order (ECO) Management to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
11.Implement communication plans, engage stakeholders, and maintain strong relationships to ensure success in new product inquiry management & RFI.
12. Undertaking any assigned tasks from supervisors in a courteous and professional manner.
