岗位职责
1. 区域销售目标达成:依据公司整体销售战略及华东区域市场特点,制定区域年度、季度销售目标,分解至区域内销售小组及经销商,通过统筹规划与跟进执行,确保目标达成。
2. 渠道与客户管理:聚焦华东区域经销商的开发与管理,协助经销商制定区域销售策略,解决合作中的问题;同时维护区域内重点终端客户关系,协调处理客诉,提升客户满意度与渠道稳定性。
3. 区域市场拓展:调研华东区域市场动态、竞品情况及客户需求,挖掘区域内潜在经销商资源,推动新渠道开发;结合区域特点开拓细分市场,扩大产品在华东地区的覆盖率。
4. 销售团队管理:带领区域销售团队开展工作,组织针对性培训(如产品知识、渠道拓展技巧),制定团队考核机制,激励成员提升业绩,打造高效区域销售队伍。
5. 业务协同与数据反馈:协调公司内部生产、物流等部门,保障区域内产品供应与交付;定期收集、分析区域销售数据,反馈市场及渠道问题,为公司策略调整提供区域依据。
Responsibilities:
1. Regional Sales Targets: Set annual/quarterly targets based on regional dynamics; allocate to teams/distributors and ensure achievement.
2. Channel and Customer Management: Develop and manage distributors in East China, assisting in regional strategy design. Maintain key client relationships and resolve complaints to enhance satisfaction.
3. Regional Market Expansion: Research market/competitor trends; identify new distributors/channels and explore niche markets to expand coverage.
4. Sales Team Management: Lead regional teams, organize training (product/channel skills), and implement performance systems to drive results.
5. Business Coordination: Coordinate with production/logistics for supply chain efficiency; analyze sales data and report market issues for strategy refinement.
任职要求
1. 学历与专业:本科及以上学历,理工科相关专业或市场营销、工商管理等专业,具备工业行业基础知识者优先。
2. 工作经验:5-8年销售工作经验,有工业领域或渠道销售经验,熟悉华东地区市场,具备经销商资源者优先。
3. 能力素质:具备良好的区域市场分析能力、渠道管理能力及团队带领能力;沟通协调能力强,能有效对接经销商与内部部门;抗压性好,适应区域内出差。
4. 技能要求:熟练使用办公软件及基础销售管理工具,具备基础数据分析能力与商务谈判技巧。
5. 语言能力:英语CET-4及以上,具备基本英文沟通能力。
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s+ in engineering/marketing/business administration; industrial knowledge preferred.
2. Experience: 5–8 years in sales (industrial/channel focus), East China market expertise, and distributor networks.
3. Skills: Regional analysis, channel/team management, stakeholder coordination, and willingness for frequent travel.
4. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office/basic sales tools, data analysis, and negotiation.
5. Language: CET-4 or above with basic business English.
