Requirements:

• Higher technical education
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of the injection molding tools construction
• Setting skills of the injection molding machines and peripheral equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Basic knowledge of Unigraphics NX or any other CAD system
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to good cooperation in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Job description:

• Cooperation in the RFQ process, providing timely and accurate data submission
• Participation in the process of tools and other devices design (DFM)
• Participation in the tools and other equipment trials as well as acceptance them for production
• Taking part in the process of technical requirements (TR) created for the operations performed in the external companies
• Current plastic injection molding processes problems analysis and corrective action proposing
• Handling non-conforming plastic parts and creating the repair or correction guides for them
