Requirements:
• technical university degree,
• experience in a similar position – minimum 5 years,
• fluent English,
• knowledge of issues related to ensuring the quality of deliveries in accordance with VDA2 and PPAP,
• knowledge of the requirements of the Quality Management System according to IATF 16949,
• knowledge of MSA and SPC issues,
• knowledge of the principles of creating Flow Charts, FMEA and Control Plans,
• ability to read technical documentation,
• ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently (knowledge of the 8D methodology),
• ability to work in a team, strong communication skills,
• Electronic major or Communication major
• experience in SMT product , test tooling and bug tracking tool.
Job description:
• supervision over the process of testing the capabilities of control and measurement devices, machine capabilities, production process capabilities,
• implementation of the process of ensuring the quality of deliveries in accordance with the PPA VDA2 or PPAP AIAG procedure with suppliers and customers,
• implementation of the complaint process based on the 8D standard towards suppliers and in the case of customer claims,
• regular analysis and reporting of quality data (PPM, Pareto defects, CP/CPK),
• responding to identified non-conformities and deviations of trends in the production process,
