职位概述 / General Responsibilities
成本会计负责确保生产成本的准确性并维护标准成本，进行成本差异分析并跟踪，协助ERP系统实施，协助在启东工厂新ERP系统中设置物料清单（BOM）和工艺路线。The cost accountant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of production costs and maintaining standard costs. They conduct cost variance analysis and tracking, assist in ERP system implementation, and help set up Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing in the new ERP system for the Qidong site.

工作职责 / Specific Duties
分析并计算生产成本，包括直接材料、直接人工和制造费用Analyze and calculate production costs, including direct materials, direct labor, and overhead.
进行差异分析，识别成本节约领域和低效环节Conduct variance analysis to identify areas of cost savings and inefficiencies.
为管理层准备成本报告和演示材料Prepare cost reports and presentations for management.
协助财务规划与分析Assist in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
监控库存水平和成本，执行实物盘点和差异核对Monitor inventory levels and costs, conduct physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
协助库存估值和销售成本确定Assist in inventory valuation and determination of cost of goods sold.
参与年度预算和成本预测编制Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and cost forecasts.
监控实际成本与预算金额的差异并提供解释Monitor actual costs against budgeted amounts and provide variance explanations.
审核并更新标准成本Review and update standard costs.
确保成本的准确记录和分摊Ensure accurate recording and allocation of costs.
协助内外部审计工作Assist in internal and external audits.

任职资格 / Qualifications
会计、财务或相关专业本科学历Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
至少3年成本会计或相关领域经验，至少3年总账（GL）和报表经验At least 3 years of experience in cost accounting or a related field, with at least 3 years in general ledger (GL) and reporting.
较强的分析和问题解决能力Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
精通Excel和会计软件Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
注重细节和准确性Attention to detail and accuracy.
