负责保障电力与能源的持续供应/分配，确保建筑及设施得到妥善维护，并严格遵守环境健康安全（EHS）标准。该岗位对维持安全高效的工作环境、保障设施相关功能顺畅运行至关重要。The Facility Manager is responsible for ensuring continuous supply/distribution of power and energy, and that the buildings and facilities are properly maintained and ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment and ensuring the smooth operation of all facility-related functions.
一、投产前阶段职责
Pre-production Duties
1.设施需求定义，明确生产设施需求（含水、电、压缩空气CA、空调AC、天然气NG、照明、EHS、物料、工装及维护），并转化为设计要求。
Define production facility requirements (including water, electricity, CA, AC, NG, lighting, EHS, materials, tooling, maintenance) and translate into design specifications.
2.布局设计协作
与建筑师及工程师紧密合作，完成设施/工厂布局设计，确保符合运营需求及法规要求。
Collaborate with architects/engineers to finalize facility/factory layout, ensuring compliance with operational needs and regulatory standards.
3.项目计划制定
编制包含时间节点、里程碑、预算、资源分配及风险管理策略的完整项目计划。
Develop a comprehensive project plan covering timelines, milestones, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
4.跨部门沟通协调
与管理层、承包商、工程师、设计师等利益相关方沟通，确保项目目标与预期一致。
Coordinate with management, contractors, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
5.合同执行管理
监督施工、设备采购及其他项目服务的合同执行，包括条款谈判、合规监控及变更管理。
Oversee contract execution for construction, equipment procurement, and services, including term negotiation, compliance monitoring, and change order management.
6.质量标准把控
确保所有工作符合行业标准及客户规范，定期开展检查与审计。
Ensure adherence to industry standards and client specifications through regular inspections and audits.
二、正常生产阶段职责
Normal Production Duties
7. 设施运行保障
确保所有建筑、设备及设施得到妥善维护并正常运行，以支持生产运营。
Ensure proper maintenance and normal operation of all buildings, equipment, and facilities to support production.
8. 电力系统监控
监测并维护公司发电与配电系统，保障供电稳定性。
Monitor and maintain power generation and distribution systems.
9. 供电可靠性管理
确保设施各区域电力供应的可靠性与高效性。
Ensure reliable and efficient power supply to all facility areas.
10.外部供应商协作
协调外部供应商进行电力设备的维护与维修。
Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and repair of power equipment.
11. EHS体系建设
制定并实施EHS政策与流程，为员工提供EHS最佳实践培训。
Develop and implement EHS policies/procedures, and provide EHS training to employees.
12. 安全风险管控
定期开展安全审计与检查，识别并消除潜在隐患。
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
13.合规性管理
确保完全遵守地方及州级EHS法规要求。
Ensure compliance with all local and state EHS regulations.
14. 日常运营统筹
管理设施日常运营，包括维护、保洁及安保工作。
Manage day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and security.
15.内部流程协调
与各部门协作确保工作流顺畅及空间高效利用。
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow and efficient space utilization.
16.设施升级管理
监督设施项目与改造工程，提升功能性与美观度。
Oversee facility projects and renovations to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
任职资格
Qualifications
1.学历背景
工程学、设施管理或相关领域学士学位。
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
2.工作经验
5年以上设施管理经验，重点涉及电力设施及环境健康安全（EHS）领域。
Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Management, with a focus on Power Facilities and EHS.
3.技术能力
具备扎实的电力系统及设施管理技术知识。
Strong technical expertise in Power Systems and Facility Management.
4.管理能力
优秀的领导力与团队管理能力。
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5.决策能力
具备数据分析能力，可基于数据做出明智决策。
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
