Work Location: 湛江，北京
1)Engineering background, knowledge in engineering deliverables, as well as operation and maintenance request;
2)Strong management skill, and tough enough to manage the EPC contractor like HQC;
3)Since Digital Handover is a quite new system, the candidate shall be a quick learner, and good at communicating with both owner internal and EPC contractor as well as vendors;
4)International project experience is required (as EPCM/ Owner representative);
5)Shall be good at engineering software (such as CAD) and office;
6)Fluent English;
