Responsibilities include:
-Monitor and supervise the relevant work of subcontractors on the construction site in accordance with standards and codes.
-Coordinate the interface among client, contractor and subcontractors.
Minimum Requirements:
-3 + years experience in large construction company or multi-national engineering company or project
-Familiar with international engineering and project execution procedures
-Good knowledge of international and Chinese standards and codes
-Proficient in applicable software of word, excel, etc.
-Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
-Effective communication and coordination skills
-Self-motivated and ability to work independently
-Excellent team-work spirit
