We offer a diverse environment, and it is important for us to continue to bring professionals with different background and experiences.The Export Documentation team is responsible for the daily management of variety of export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificate of origin, marine insurance policies, and several curriers as well as closing vessels following overseas Customs deadlines for the completion of the manifest. Performs the full completion of data entry based on the master shipping instruction received, Utilizes the master shipping instruction belonging to each shipment to complete the manifest, ensuring the booking settings match with shipping instructions.
Key duties & responsibilities
• Accurately follows procedures and contract of for each order.
• Notifies the correct party when the information is incomplete or contains errors
• Has knowledge and checks on destination import local requirement per contract / country
• Ensures vessels manifest are completed to be transmitted to Shipping Line
• Contact the shipping company and arrange for booking space. Customs declaration, transportation, goods tracking, etc
• Be responsible for the production, review, proofreading, archiving and other matters of documents
• Data entry into ERP – Business Central (Dynamics)
• Transmitting documents for customers for approval
• Sending original documents to customers /agents overseas
• Achieves various department goals (Daily/ Weekly / Monthly).
Qualifications & Key Competencies
• Bachelor's degree, majoring in International Business or Logistics
• at least 3 years working experience in the trading company, freight forwarding company, customs broker or related industries
• Fluent English is necessary
• Familiarity with MS Excel with the ability to learn new software
• Attention to detail: advanced
• Communication skills: advanced
• Team player: advanced
