Job Description:
Work with regional sales at existing key projects and new key projects to ensure
having good win rate, participant and support global and local utility growth strategic
growth initiatives.
Take the communication with Global CS,PM project team to ensure all
process/customer demands can be moved forward smoothly.
Work with sales director to create and implement local utility go to market plan.
Base on company products advantage and value proposition to pursue and develop
breakthrough plan, no limited to industries, applications, segmentation, localization,
etc.
Optimize and created China utility sales network drive business wins.
Take to gather and analysis industry and competitors’ dynamic information and
explore innovative paths for Utility business.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor University Degree with engineering major.
8-10 years sales experience on selling electrical products/system.
Experience working with international company is preferred.
Good English language competency, verbal and written.
Have a good experience on project business, as well as good experience related
end-user buy process.
Good performance record in pervious company.
Good sense on market and sales management.
Preferred Skills: Knowledge of T&D, Transformer, GIS markets and applications.
