Optimize Extrusion process for existing products, develop a robust process.
RFQ, Evaluate new profiles.
As a key member of Project Team, to develop new products.
Organize OEM Qualification.
Develop qualified billet suppliers.
Technically instruct and support Die shop and Die design.
Represent TJ Plant to conduct Technology exchange with sister plants.
Document and Record Process change and improvement.
New project management: Good APQP, PPAP, FMEA application, and good MSA, SPC
knowledge.
ERP go live support and Issue handling.
Implementing HSE actions related ， do ISO14001&ISO45001 training to know all
environment’s related requirements.
Responsible for information security management related to new product development
projects and prototype protection.
Responsible for information security management related to technical data and prototype
protection.
Responsible for the information security management of the department, and responsible for
protecting the security of the information assets managed and used by the department;
responsible for guiding and requiring employees of this department to comply with
information security policies.
The Incumbent
Engineering Bachelor degree in relevant major, mechanical is preferring
At least 8 years working experience in extrusion industry, Automotive component
background is preferring.
Strong experience and solid technical background for Extrusion/Die, be able to design
extrusion process.
Strong capabilities in scheduling, budgeting, safety management, quality control and cost
control.
Strong English skill both in oral and in written, strong MS office skills.
Strong problem solving ability, statistics / analytical skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal and coordinate skills.
Self-Motivation.
