岗位职责：

1.负责接待外籍游客，提供多场景外语咨询服务。

2.负责旅游产品介绍、活动引导等日常对客咨询服务。

3.负责处理外籍游客的旅游安排、投诉与应急事务。

4.负责翻译旅游资料、标识及宣传内容。

5.负责公司相关外语翻译及内部日常培训工作。

6.完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务。

Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for receiving foreign tourists and providing multilingual consultation services across various scenarios.

2.Responsible for daily customer consultation services, including introducing tourism products and guiding activities.

3.Handle travel arrangements, complaints, and emergency matters for foreign tourists.

4.Translate tourism materials, signs, and promotional content.

5.Responsible for the company's foreign language translation and daily internal training.

6.Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

任职要求：

1.普通高校本科及以上学历，俄语翻译、旅游管理、市场营销等相关专业优先，年龄38周岁以下，形象气质良好。

2.母语为俄语者优先，具备流利的俄语表达能力，能顺畅开展外籍游客咨询接待及旅游产品介绍；能简单使用英语或中文进行沟通者优先。

3.具有旅游接待、酒店服务、导游或相关涉外服务经验者优先。

4.具备较强的服务意识和责任心，以游客满意度为核心，致力于为游客提供周到、友好、专业的服务体验。

5. 条件特别优秀者可适当放宽要求。

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized university; majors in Russian Translation, Tourism Management, Marketing, or related fields are preferred. Age under 38 with a pleasant appearance and professional demeanor.

2.Native Russian speakers are preferred. Must possess fluent Russian speaking skills to smoothly conduct tourist consultation and product introduction. Ability to communicate simply in English or Chinese is an advantage.

3.Priority will be given to candidates with experience in tourism reception, hotel services, tour guiding, or other related foreign-facing services.

4.Possess a strong service mindset and sense of responsibility, focusing on tourist satisfaction, and committed to providing thoughtful, friendly, and professional service experiences.

5.Certain requirements may be relaxed for exceptionally qualified candidates.
